Sports Action Begins This Week in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, USAWed Jan 15 2025
Mark your calendars, Colorado Springs! The Colorado Springs Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services are kicking off youth sports registration this week. On Wednesday, January 15th, you can sign your kids up for spring soccer and tackle football at 9 AM. Later, on February 24th, registration opens for summer sports like t-ball, baseball, and softball. Here's a cool deal: the first 180 kids in PreK-2nd grade to register for spring soccer get free admission, which normally costs $86. Additionally, there are 150 free spots for summer t-ball and 180 for fall soccer, each valued at $74. Even better, jerseys are included with these free registrations. If you're an adult looking to give back, there's an opportunity for you too. Anyone 18 and up can volunteer to coach. Don't worry if you're new to coaching; the Sports Office provides all the necessary equipment and training. You don't need any previous coaching experience. Ready to get started? Visit ColoradoSprings. gov/CreateAccount to kick off the registration process.
