You know those big choices in games that seem small but have a big impact? In Starfield’s Shattered Space DLC, you face one of these at the end of the Exhuming the Past quest. As you journey through House Va’ruun’s homeworld and its Shattered Space DLC, you tackle a main quest called Exhuming the Past. This mission leads you to the Ma’leen Dam where you face a choice: take the final interlock or leave everything as is. If you grab it, you destroy other beings stored in pods within the dam, ruin the nearby seaweed farm, and get to use two interlock devices later on. If you skip it, you save those beings and the farm, but you’ll only have one interlock device. The catch? Both decisions lead to the same rewards – 350 experience points, 12,000 credits, and an Exterminator Modified Va’ruun Penumbra. So, it all boils down to your character's morality.
