Jennifer Love Hewitt has been ready to join since 2019. She jokingly said she'd pass out from nerves but reassured fans she'd answer the casting call if asked. Disney alum Christy Carlson Romano has been a fan favorite to join. She revealed on a September 2023 podcast that she tried to get cast twice but was waitlisted both times.
