Stevel Marc Joins New Talent Firms and Lands Two Films

A Jamaican performer named Stevel Marc has recently entered agreements with Daniel Hoff Agency and GS Entertainment for representation. He will soon appear in two consecutive movies. The first, directed by Gore Verbinski, is titled Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die and features actors such as Sam Rockwell, Zazie Beetz, and Juno Temple. It is scheduled for release on February 13. The second film, produced by A24 and titled How To Make A Killing, stars Glen Powell, Margaret Qualley, and Sam Harris. This one will hit theaters on February 20. Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die centers on a man who claims to come from the future. He holds the customers of a famous Los Angeles diner hostage, looking for unlikely allies to prevent global disaster. In this story Stevel portrays a character named Doctor Marc. How To Make A Killing follows the life of Brad Matthews, a son whose mother was expelled from her aristocratic family for marrying outside their social class. Stevel plays this role.Marc’s past work includes appearances on Netflix’s One Piece and Starz’s Black Sails, as well as feature films like The Challenger Disaster, OutPost 27, Dear Betty, and My Zulu Promise. In addition to acting, he has worked as a model in cities such as London, New York, Asia, South Africa, and Europe. He has also done voice‑over projects for various international brands. He trained in theatre at the Johannesburg Civic Theatre and studied acting at the TVI Actors Studio in Los Angeles, sharpening his skills before stepping onto the screen.
