Stress Busters: Nursing Students' New Tool

Nursing students face a lot of stress daily. This stress can make them sick and sometimes, even cause them to leave school. This leads to a shortfall of nurses. A special program, cognitive-behavioral skills building, is trying to fix this problem. It shows nursing students how to look after their mental health and make smart choices. Great news: it really helps! Those who took part felt better and picked healthier choices. However, it's not perfect. While some students benefited a lot, others didn't get as much help. There's still work to do to make it fair for everyone.
Nursing students deal with loads of stress. Too much stress can make them ill or even drop out of school. This causes a nurse shortage. To fight this, there's a special program called cognitive-behavioral skill building. It teaches students how to take care of their mental health. After joining, students felt better and made healthier choices. But, it's not one-size-fits-all. Some students gained more benefits than others. So, improving the program is the next step.
