This study used some fancy methods called Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) to figure out what makes fans tick. Turns out, it's not just one thing. It's a mix of how they feel, think, act, and relate to the game, plus the service they get as spectators. None of these things alone is enough to make fans super happy, but together, they can create a magical experience. The study found six different ways these factors combine to make fans happy. Some paths are led by great service, while others are more about the feelings and actions. This isn't just about making fans happy for a day. It's about creating loyal fans who'll stick with the CBA for the long haul. And that's what makes a league truly successful.
