The Struggle Over Europe's Biggest Nuclear Plant

The Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, the largest in Europe, is at the heart of a complex dispute between Ukraine and Russia. S. has stepped in with a proposal for joint management, suggesting an American chief manager to oversee operations. This idea involves the U. Without a stable water supply, the spent fuel pools could overheat, leading to potential fires. Ukraine's energy ministry has criticized Russia's plans to restart the plant, calling them illegal and dangerous. The future of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant is uncertain.
