In the buzzing city of New York, there’s been talk about stopping a new rule that charges drivers for entering busy areas. The big boss of transportation, the Department of Transportation, is on the fence about this.
These updates will have massive impacts. Cities have been trying to make cars a part of the congestion pricing program for years. If the federal government changes its tune, the whole thing could get messy.
