Tyson and Flair Win Court Battle Over $50M Weed Deal

Illinois, United StatesSun Nov 08 2026

A federal judge in Illinois decided that the lawsuit can continue. The case involves former boxer Mike Tyson and wrestling legend Ric Flair.

Tyson and Flair claim the leaders of Carma took over a million dollars that should have been theirs. They say the money was used for private jets, yachts and house upgrades. They also allege that some partners got secret payments without their knowledge.

The five people named as defendants—Chad Bronstein, Adam Wilks, Nicole Cosby, James Case and Christopher Volo—say they did nothing wrong. They asked the court to throw the case out, but the judge rejected that request.

Tyson’s company said the ruling is a step toward justice for the alleged betrayal. They want tens of millions back, plus the profits they missed because of the hidden deals. The fight will now move into the discovery phase where evidence will be examined.
