Omni Training Facility has launched its Omni Nordic Sauna and Ice Bath, offering a refreshing and invigorating experience. Owners Leah Egan and Colin Briscoe believe in the power of this combination, which can boost blood flow and even aid in weight loss. Egan and Briscoe were so impressed with the benefits of sauna and ice baths that they decided to bring this magical duo to St. Cloud. "It was thrilling and we knew there was something special about it, " said Egan. After extensive research, they discovered the scientific advantages and wanted to share this with their gym members and the community.Briscoe took on the challenge of building the ice baths himself. Surprisingly, he found the task easier than expected, managing the plumbing and construction smoothly. The project took about a year to complete, but the results are worth it. The reception has been positive, with many people eager to try the new facilities. In addition to the sauna and ice baths, Omni Training Facility offers a full gym, sports performance area, and a variety of classes led by 14 coaches.
