Walmart Staff Get Cameras for Holiday Season

As holiday shopping ramps up, Walmart is testing out an interesting new tool to help its workers. The retail giant is planning to attach body cameras to some of its store employees. The idea is to deter bad customer behavior and maybe even cut down on theft. This isn't the first time we've seen this idea; T. J. Maxx started using body cameras for its staff last year. Walmart says they're always on the lookout for new tech that can make a difference in the retail world.
Why is this happening? Well, even though the National Retail Federation said shoplifting isn't as big a problem as once thought, stores still worry about it. And let's face it, who wouldn't think twice before misbehaving if they knew they were on camera? It's like how you might act differently when you know your parents are watching.
