Weather Alert: Stormy Times Ahead for B. C. Interior
British Columbia, CanadaThu Jul 03 2025
The B. C. Interior is bracing for a round of severe thunderstorms. This alert covers a wide area, including places like 100 Mile House, Quesnel, and Prince George. The warning was issued early in the day, around 10:40 a. m. on July 2.
These storms could bring more than just rain. Expect strong winds that might knock over trees or even flip cars. Hail could also be a problem, big enough to cause damage and maybe even hurt someone. And with heavy rain, flooding and poor visibility are real concerns.
