Weekend Warm-Up: What to Expect

Columbia, USASat Nov 15 2025
The weather is taking a turn for the better. A high-pressure system is sticking around, so rain is not in the forecast for the next few days. It started off chilly, but the afternoon is shaping up to be quite nice. Temperatures are expected to hit around 70 degrees with plenty of sunshine. So, if you're heading out, you might want to leave that heavy jacket at home. But hold on, it's not time to put away the jacket just yet. If you're planning to catch a Friday night football game, you'll need it. The temperature will drop to the mid-50s at kickoff and near 50 by halftime. The warm-up continues into the weekend. Saturday is looking at mid-70s, and Sunday could see upper-70s. Even though a front is moving through late Sunday, it won't bring any rain. However, it might get a bit breezy with gusts up to 25 mph. Things cool down a bit on Monday. Morning lows will be in the upper 40s, and highs will reach the low 70s. The rest of the week looks partly cloudy with temperatures in the mid-70s.
