Why Do Some Kids Have Worse Teeth Than Others?

S. often have fewer dental visits and more dental problems. But why is that? The study suggests that state-level policies and practices that discriminate against certain groups might be to blame.These policies can make it harder for Black kids to get the dental care they need. As a result, they might have worse teeth compared to their peers. This study is important because it helps us understand why there are differences in oral health among kids of different races.
