Why Do We Love the Dark Side So Much?

People love watching dark stuff on TV. It's everywhere, from news to shows. But why? Maybe it's because it feels exciting. We might not see real violence often, but we see it all the time on screens. And it's not just violence. Lying, stealing, and being mean are also common themes. News often focuses on the bad stuff. Sometimes, it's because they want to sell more. They might show a small protest and make it look huge. Or they might say the stock market crashed when it just had a small dip. This can make people worry more than they should. Politicians also use scary words to get attention. They might say things like, "We're all going to die in 10 years! " or compare things to Hitler. But this doesn't help society. It just makes people scared and divided.All this negativity has real effects. It can make people think stealing or lying is okay. But businesses and governments work best when people are honest. So, why do we see so much darkness? Some people think it's because we've moved away from old moral teachings. Things like the Ten Commandments and the Golden Rule used to guide people. Without them, some might think it's okay to hurt others. So, what's the solution? More goodness. It starts with each person. But leaders in politics, media, and communities should also set a good example. Maybe we should go back to our old roots and focus on being kind and honest.
