This is happening even though he should have handed over the car to Freeman and Moss a week ago. Giuliani's spokesperson said they're working on the paperwork to transfer the car's title. But Freeman and Moss' team isn't happy. They're also trying to take control of Giuliani's Palm Beach condo and his Yankees World Series rings.
