Apple's Tim Cook announced that his company will also contribute to the recovery efforts, but the amount hasn't been specified yet. Other notable figures and companies like FanDuel, Fox Corp. , Paris Hilton, Jared Isaacman, Meta’s Mark Zuckerberg, Daniel Lubetzky, Jamie Lee Curtis, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Kylie Jenner, the NFL, Halle Berry, Sharon Stone, and Bethenny Frankel have also joined the effort.
California wildfires are a recurring issue. Some fires, like the Palisades Fire and the Eaton Fire, have destroyed thousands of acres. Authorities are still investigating how these fires started; one suspect has been arrested for possible arson. Celebrities living in areas hit hard by the fires, such as the Pacific Palisades, have suffered considerable losses. Despite the challenges, relief efforts are underway.
