A spokesperson for Zuckerberg's company, Meta, said he was happy to be invited and talk about the future of American innovation. This might seem strange, especially since Trump had accused Zuckerberg of plotting against him in the 2020 election. In fact, Trump even said Zuckerberg could end up in prison if he messed with the 2024 election! But hey, maybe they just love a good burger and decided to put their differences aside for a night. Who knows what they talked about? Maybe they even laughed about old times. You might wonder why Zuckerberg would want to meet with Trump.
