Updated the longstanding language classification as per the authentic sources by GA Grierson's book Linguistic survey of India and Suniti Kumar Chaterjee's book The Origin and Development of the Bengali Language. Sources and links attached
Added scholarly references from George A. Grierson, Suniti Kumar Chatterji, Jules Bloch, Sukumar Sen, and other Indo-Aryan linguists discussing Angika within the Maithili linguistic sphere and its historical classification as a dialect/variety associated with Maithili.

Added context to the "Literature" part.
There is no solid evidence that Angika was ever written in the Anga script, and no manuscripts exist to support that claim. Simply because the script is named "Anga" does not justify concluding that the language recorded in it was Angika. No modern eastern Indo-Aryan languages were spoken in this region at the time when the script is attested.
