Creationism is the religious belief that nature, and aspects such as the universe, Earth, life, and humans, originated with supernatural acts of divine creation, and is often pseudoscientific. In its broadest sense, creationism includes various religious views, which differ in their acceptance or rejection of modern scientific concepts, such as evolution, that describe the origin and development of natural phenomena.

ID is not a separate philosophy, it is a Trjan horse to crowbar creationism into schools. The sources are clear on this, and the Discotute's statement cannot be taken as a good faith statement of fact.

It's unfair and incorrect to say that all of creationism is pseudoscientific. While Young Earth Creationism rejects evolution and often purports that earth is only 7,000 years old, Old Earth Creationists often say that God created the world through evolution and they accept the fact that the earth is billions of years old.
