Summary
De Gaulle is an upcoming two-part biographical film about Charles de Gaulle, produced by Pathé and directed by Antonin Baudry. It is adapted by Baudry and Bérénice Vila from Julian Jackson's book, De Gaulle, une certaine idée de la France. The cast is led by Simon Abkarian as Charles de Gaulle and includes Niels Schneider as General Philippe Leclerc, Thierry Lhermitte and Karim Leklou. The cast also includes Benoît Magimel, Anamaria Vartolomei, and Simon Russell Beale.

Pathé is indeed the film’s sole producer; the others are merely financial backers or co-producers. That has nothing to do with actual production companies, but rather with investment firms or banks. A bank does not become a production company simply because it invested one million in a film, at least not on Wikipedia.
Its based on a British book + replacing French name with the original one
