After a lot of digging, I found out that Richard Walter Graham III served as the Baltimore City Comptroller from 1955 to 1963, the predecessor of Hyman A. Pressman.
Despite being a registered Democrat for the majority of his life, he would sometimes be a rep. or a ind. in some elections
Added the accurate representation of the party that Hyman A. Pressman was part of in his political career. I am slightly unsure if his affiliation ends once he "retires" from public office.
Fixed up the first-use links for the citations. Sidenote: I have never heard of this guy before, but after reading some of his achievements, I am curious to potentially approach this as a potential GA candidate in the future.
His middle name has been recorded as "Aaron" in a 1975 report by Anthony Barbieri Junior via The Baltimore Sun.
To back up his American identity and BOP/BOD, I added the source of the newspaper reporting his death.
