Fixed Climate section, which claimed the climate was subtropical under the Trewartha classification. To meet the humid subtropical (Cf) classification, there must be at least 8 months where the mean temperature is 10 C or higher. According to the climate data on this page, the mean temperature is below 10 C from November to April, inclusive, a total of six months. Thus, there are only six months where the mean temperature is at least 10 C. The mistake was likely due to using maximums only.
