Keystone Trails Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving hiking trails and addressing related environmental issues in the state of Pennsylvania, United States. It is currently headquartered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Originating as recreational hiking and backpacking club, it has been a licensed 501(c)3 organization since 1981, and adopted a financial structure with a paid executive director and other employees in the early 2000s.
