Mexia Supermarket
Former grocery store in Fort Worth, Texas
Summary
Mexia Supermarket was a grocery store in Fort Worth, Texas, United States, that was active during the later part of the 1990s. The shop was abandoned between July and August 1999, and the owners, Advance Investment Corp., declared bankruptcy on September 28 or 29, 1999. The electricity was cut some time after, and the food inside was left to rot for months. The cleanup was a costly and biohazardous operation.
