The article was written before the suspect was publicly identified as Tyler Robinson, and his motive may have been based on Charlie Kirk's stance on transgender people. Seems biased to keep that wording in given what is now publicly known about the case. Not disputing that she used an anti-trans slur, just that the article is outdated in that regard.
