Ndolé, also written Ndole or Ndolè, is a Cameroonian dish consisting of stewed ground peanuts, crayfish, garlic, onions, and ndoleh leaves. The dish originated in Douala, in the Littoral Region of Cameroon. Ndolé is widely regarded as the national dish of Cameroon.
