Stephanie "Phanie" Galan Teves-Wong is a Filipino businesswoman and politician who has served as the vice mayor of Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, since 2025. She is the city's first female vice mayor. Teves previously served as the appointed municipal administrator of Naujan, Oriental Mindoro (2023–2024), and as a three-term councilor from Muntinlupa's 1st district (2013–2022).
