Rhynchocypris jouyi is a species of freshwater ray-finned fish belonging to the family Leuciscidae, which includes the daces, chubs, true minnows and related fishes. This species has been regarded as a subspecies of the Chinese minnow. R. jouyi is endemic to Japan.
