Summary
Reform UK, often known simply as Reform, is a right-wing populist and far-right political party in the United Kingdom. It has eight members of Parliament in the House of Commons, two members of the London Assembly, thirty-four members of the Senedd, seventeen members of the Scottish Parliament, one police and crime commissioner, and previously one member of the House of Lords. It controls twenty-six local councils and is to the right of the Conservative Party. Nigel Farage has been leader of Reform UK since June 2024.

The radical right descriptor is used by numerous sources in the body. I've had several people "thank" me for my addition of the footnote so I am taking that as consensus for it to stay
