Summary

Serco and Abellio, sometimes styled together as Serco–Abellio or Serco/Abellio, have formed various joint venture train operating companies that operate on the railway network of Great Britain, each owning 50%. Since February 2023, Abellio UK was bought by Transport UK Group.
