Simone Adolphine Weil was a French philosopher, mystic and political activist. Despite her short life, her ideas concerning religion, spirituality and politics have remained widely influential in contemporary philosophy.

Lack of parallel structure, i.e., "allows for obedience" is a noun phrase, which then usually expects following phrases to also be nouns, but instead we are given a verb phrase: "not feel cheated(...)". Updated the syntax to accommodate this. An even clearer version might be "Decreation allows one to obey the truth without feeling cheated or seeking compensation." but I did not wish to significantly alter the tone of the article.
