Added link to EP in lead. To add, genres on Ultimate Guitar are only assigned by staff. Staff reviews are distinguished by not having any user in the corner, or saying "UG Team." This case, it's the former. I created an account on Ultimate Guitar to confirm this, and when trying to review a 311 album, I was unable to add genres. Additionally, not all staff reviews have genres, such as [https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/reviews/compact_discs/nickelback/here_and_now/3675/ Here and Now]

The UG score, genres and paragraph that starts with "It's not the most poignant or moving stuff around" are not user generated. The sound, lyrics and overall impression score do seem to be, since they're the same as the one user review. There's no rule explicitly saying genre tags are unreliable, unless you're trying to say they fail [[WP:CONTEXTMATTERS]], but regardless, I kept the genre list to funk and alt-metal in the infobox, since it's a recycling of songs from Fungus Amongus

Depeche Mode are labeled post-punk on their band page. I'd say discuss it first. Synth-pop and industrial have the same amount of sources

[[WP:UCR]]. Ultimate Guitar staff reviews are reliable per [[Wikipedia:WikiProject Albums/Sources]]. Also staff reviews on UG are hand chosen by the staff, but I don't feel like warring, so I'll leave the genres blank. You failed to provide a reliable source for funk metal and alternative metal
