  • Charles VI of FranceEdited 5/24/2026, 12:30:51 AM

Changed links to Charles the Dauphine for the first and second so that "Charles" was not in the link text. It was confusing to click on a persons name and then be sent to reference only to his position. It was misleading to indicate there was an article about these two children.

  • Bayou virusEdited 5/9/2026, 2:11:53 PM

    /* CDC's role and field studies */

  • Bayou virusEdited 5/9/2026, 2:08:53 PM

The hantavirus is not actually the disease since it physically exist in mice where it is not causing human diseases in the mice. In most uses, it is not confusing but in this case it read incorrectly.

  • Bayou virusEdited 5/9/2026, 2:03:07 PM

Put “approximately” a front of sentence. The total is 101%, which is not strictly possible but must be due to the rounding up of stat’s

  • Bayou virusEdited 5/9/2026, 2:00:27 PM

Broke paragraph into three since there were obvious shifts in content focus.

  • Bayou virusEdited 5/9/2026, 1:46:11 PM

Reworded sentence which stated false logic. It said “due” to the virus being found in Louisiana, it is throughout the Southeast. This is nonsensical. Louisiana has the biggest port in the south, so any number of things might Arrive in LA and not have spread yet. Southern LA also has a warmer climate than most of the South. It, like Texas and Fla., has orange groves and the conclusion orange groves must be all over the southeast is false.

  • Larry BlydenEdited 5/6/2026, 4:57:43 AM

    Oxford comma inserted.

  • Larry BlydenEdited 5/6/2026, 4:56:13 AM

Changed “filmology” to television since all entries were for television with most being television series. Although now the distinction is becoming less important, before the late 1980’s movie theater films were noticeably different from television content and acting and filming for television required different skill sets from the actors.

  • Lucky StrikeEdited 5/5/2026, 2:45:27 PM

  • MulattoEdited 4/29/2026, 11:28:13 PM

Corrected the last name of the author in the foot note. According to Amazon and other sources for the book, the man's last name is Espin and not Esp.

  • Crispus AttucksEdited 4/29/2026, 11:25:27 PM

/* Early life and ethnic origins */ Correct the authors last name, which was listed as "Esp" instead of "Espin" in the quote previously inserted.

  • Crispus AttucksEdited 4/29/2026, 11:22:27 PM

removed circular reference note since I copied the reference out of the other wikipedia article and made it a direct reference in this article. I do find it to be an odd reference since it is from a seemingly random Roman Catholic academic from San Diego and its very title indicates that it is from published "musings" rather that what is meant to be taken as definitive description. However, it is not off enough for me to question it.

  • Crispus AttucksEdited 4/29/2026, 11:15:09 PM

Tried to fix text in noted reference

  • Crispus AttucksEdited 4/29/2026, 11:07:19 PM

/* Early life and ethnic origins */ maybe fixed reference to be from the source quoted in "mullato" article rather than just reference the note No. 6 in mullato article. I do not know the source but it is not flagged in the other article.

  • Crispus AttucksEdited 4/29/2026, 10:58:06 PM
  • Boston MassacreEdited 4/29/2026, 10:38:16 PM

Added a comma to separate the "in what ..." relative clause from the body of the sentence

  • Boston MassacreEdited 4/29/2026, 10:36:33 PM

Changed "colonial-era" to "colony of the" due to its illogical use. The Province of Massachusetts Bay was the name of the colony from which the independent state of Massachusetts was created. The "province" only a colony and therefore there is no need to differential the "colonial-era" Province from the non-existent non-colonial province(s). Changing the meta-linked word to "colony" retains the link to "colonial era" article.

  • Metropolitan Cathedral of LimaEdited 4/28/2026, 7:06:41 PM

/* Recent history */ put "de rigueur" into italics since it is a foreign phrase being used in an English language article. Also, reordered wording to make sense.

  • Metropolitan Cathedral of LimaEdited 4/28/2026, 6:55:57 PM

/* Alleged treasure */ Reordered words in sentences, and added punctuation, as well as broke some sentences in to more sentences to eliminate confusing run on sentences and increase clarity of the ideas by separating dependent clauses. Content was not altered, even where previous reviewers had requested additional sources.

  • Jerry Leiber and Mike StollerEdited 4/27/2026, 8:22:20 PM

For the Musical "Beaches," changed "will open on Broadway" to "premiered on Broadway" since it has now had its permiere.

  • Doctor Zhivago (musical)Edited 4/27/2026, 8:16:29 PM

/* Recordings */ Added in the information about the broadway cast recording which was issued. Information came of the liner notes; this is the Cast Album most widely available, at present, on Amazon and at Walmart. The article only listed information about an aborted Australian Cast Album and a recording from the Leipzig Opera.

  • Palacio de Torre TagleEdited 4/27/2026, 4:25:29 PM

    /* Façade */ punctuations corrections

  • Palacio de Torre TagleEdited 4/27/2026, 4:20:33 PM

/* Façade */ Inserted "dubious"; This seems be falsely to expand the "diversity" card for ornate brackets, which are common in Muslim world which in Morocco, the residual influence of the Moors in Spain, and even the Ottoman Empire. Why would the designers copy India in the 18th century when Spain and her colonies had little interaction with the subcontinent which was in the English/French/Portuguese sphere of Influence? The native Peru culture seems a probable source for non-Spanish motifs.

  • Palacio de Torre TagleEdited 4/27/2026, 4:09:05 PM

/* Façade */ inserted erased space

  • Palacio de Torre TagleEdited 4/27/2026, 4:07:22 PM

/* Façade */ Inserted hyphen; note, I am not sure that this is just a Mudéjar-reminiscent style; since the Mudéjar is typical of Iberia, why is this not just a "Mudéjar style"

  • Palacio de Torre TagleEdited 4/27/2026, 4:03:38 PM

/* Façade */ broke down some of the balcony description into separate sentences. The out come in not the most elegant, but the previous text consisted of a confused, and very long run-on sentence. It is possible, that this is because it is a direct, word for word translation from Spanish (?) which has a structure which may support the multiple prepositional clauses.

  • Palacio de Torre TagleEdited 4/27/2026, 3:51:40 PM

    /* Façade */

  • Palacio de Torre TagleEdited 4/27/2026, 3:51:02 PM

/* Description */ reworded sentence to be slightly more active; added "ornate" to "typical" for the balconies (if they were the most beautiful, then they were not just typical). Also changed the verb for the relative clause to match the plural "two" balconies. They could be called a pair of balconies but they are not really matching. Also, maybe the balconies are a "typical" typology, but that would need to be explained or made more explicite. clause

  • List of residences of American writersEdited 4/25/2026, 8:40:20 PM

Added a missing verb in description.

  • Flower Drum SongEdited 4/25/2026, 8:11:03 PM

Revised sentence into a more active form.

  • Flower Drum SongEdited 4/25/2026, 8:07:59 PM

Revised one sentence into two and thereby removed the parenthetical phrase. Text and word choice remained.

  • HedgehogEdited 4/25/2026, 4:03:22 AM

Removed reference “like many of the early mammas.” The text quoted does not reference early mammals. There is no source stating many early mammals were or were not mammals. Most importantly, early mammals developed 300 million years ago and the hedgehogs have been around for only 15 million years (per the article), which means they are not early mammals, which the comment indicates.

  • MonarchismEdited 4/24/2026, 1:48:14 AM

    /* Former monarchies */

  • MonarchismEdited 4/24/2026, 1:41:32 AM

/* Former monarchies */Called out the dubious claim the United States was once a monarch just because its lands were controlled at one time by three European colonial monarchies (GB, France, Spain). The existence of a non-sensical survey does not means the Polity of the US was ever a monarchy. This line item should be removed.

  • MonarchismEdited 4/24/2026, 1:32:00 AM

/* Former monarchies */Added to subnote.

  • Jule StyneEdited 4/24/2026, 1:22:26 AM

  • Bandar AbbasEdited 4/22/2026, 2:47:17 PM

/* Dutch and English period */

  • Bandar AbbasEdited 4/22/2026, 2:44:03 PM

/* Portuguese period */Changed “English troops” to “the English Navy” as referenced in the article about Khan. The Persians had troops but the E. Navy would have aided significantly in defeating the Portuguese backed by their navy.

  • Bandar AbbasEdited 4/22/2026, 2:36:35 PM

/* Portuguese period */Added “in the region” to differentiate the taking of the town and the expulsion of the Portuguese from nearby fort. I cannot confirm the 1619 date.

  • Bandar AbbasEdited 4/22/2026, 2:30:39 PM

/* Portuguese period */Broke paragraph into logical second and inserted comma.

  • Bandar AbbasEdited 4/22/2026, 2:24:08 PM

/* Portuguese period */Moved a sentence into previous paragraph where the content logically goes. As it was it appeared to be a repeatious stub of the previous paragraph. Kept form and meta links although the one to the English army seems repitious since there is a link to the English navy in next sentence. Not sure why either is metalinked.

  • Bandar AbbasEdited 4/22/2026, 2:10:59 PM
  • Scott BakulaEdited 4/20/2026, 11:16:04 PM

  • List of musicals by composer: M to ZEdited 4/20/2026, 8:28:29 PM

Added "The Silver Lake" to list of Kurt Weill's musicals. It was the last he opened in Germany (it was closed immediately), was the same form as the 3 penny opera and received a United States premiere (as a musical) at the University of San Francisco between 1989 & 1991.

  • Centenary College of LouisianaEdited 4/19/2026, 6:41:07 PM

Restructured the sentence to clarify the Cent. acquired Dodd, a junior college for girls and covered it to a satellite campus. It is not clear from the source or Dodd college plaque if the college was active in 1942 (having need founded in 1927)

  • Palace Theatre (New York City)Edited 4/18/2026, 9:49:53 PM

Restructure sentence so the mid part was not confusingly stuffed with prepositional clauses and added the clarification the show La cage was the most sucessful show in the first two decades as a Broadway theater. The Palace’s first two decades were 1912 to 1932, then it was for vaudeville and not a legitamite theater.

  • BeringiaEdited 4/16/2026, 12:03:25 AM

Added the date of the announcement, based on the cited article. It is important zinc the US and Putins Russia have been at odds in general since the illegal annexation of Crimea; thus explaining the lack of fanfare since the announcement.

  • SuakinEdited 4/15/2026, 2:06:46 PM

Changed 18th and 19th century to “early nineteenth century”. The explorer who found the city in ruins was 16 in 1800 and did not travel out of Europe for another decade. While the city may have been in ruins earlier (most certainly), he could not have seen it in the 18th century.

  • Tammany HallEdited 4/14/2026, 3:46:06 AM

/* 14th Street headquarters (1868–1927) */Re worded the sentence. The statement was that Vaud illegally began in the Tammany hall building which is untrue. Vaudeville developed in many different venues over years. The small entertainment hall was one of many.

  • Jerry OrbachEdited 4/13/2026, 11:31:58 PM

/* Discography */ I tried to correctly give the discolog site as a source for Jerry Orbach's part in the Cast Album for Carnival!. I know he is in the show and on the album (he played the puppeteer and love interest for Lily). Unfortunately, the only place on that page listing his name is the album cover where he is clearly listed along side Kay Ballard, Anna-Marie A., et al. The test of the Wikipedia notes the show was his broadway debut.
