2024 infant mortality rate added via CDC

So far, the 2025 birth rate is lower and will remain lower than 2024. The 2025 death rate is currently still slightly lower than 2024's rate, even though the number of deaths in absolute numbers are higher. If deaths top 3.09 million, the death rate will also be higher than 2024. Removed red/green, because misleading.
