Thanks for the updates. I'm adjusting the word "chapter" in specific chapter names; our Project's specific styling decision was to render these occasions of the word lower-case. That may go against standard English usage when writing body text, but here, our Project group consensus was to, yes, italicize or bold, but to render the word "chapter" in lower case. It was a lengthy discussion of the pros and cons.

Hello, Raspberry. Thank you for your contributions. Not all campus deaths are hazing. Certainly list those that ''are'', here. However, the rational for including the Emory and Henry incident has only a tenuous connection to the Greeks, at best. It is reasonable to include a qualifier, as I've done here (the new ref). Certainly you'd agree that not all campus deaths are incidents of hazing.
