per the outcome of the rfc in [[Superpower]], China is now classified as a superpower.
- SuperpowerEdited 5/5/2026, 7:04:46 PM
per the rfc, it is abundantly clear that there is support for classifying China as a superpower for the purpose of this article. Therefore, I am restoring a previous edit by Plumber.
- Antisemitism during the 2026 Iran warEdited 4/3/2026, 3:45:38 PM
/* Online antisemitism */ it is pretty presumptuous to include celebrations of Iranian missiles hitting Israel to be inherently antisemitic. Per the discussion in the talk page, is it Islamophobic to celebrate bombings conducted by the US and Israel within Iran?
- China in the 2026 Iran warEdited 3/18/2026, 8:00:05 PM
fixing up this intro as it talks about Russia too much despite the fact the article is about China.

/* Oceania */ all 3 sources are dated for August of last year and talk about events that transpired at the same time. None of the 3 referenced sources mention a March 2026 removal of the minister and the guardian says "Ambassador Ahmad Sadeghi and three other officials have been given seven days to leave the country." Not related to this current conflict.

- Antisemitism during the 2026 Iran warEdited 3/13/2026, 11:04:42 AM
Too early to claim an antisemitic attack at this stage, the FBI is still investigating it as possible antisemitism, no conclusion has been reached. It took place in a public area rather than at a Jewish space which makes the claim of antisemitism premature. Entry 2 seems to involve anti Israel, anti war, or anti Zionist activity instead of antisemitism. They should not be placed in the same category unless reliable secondary sources make the connection, and is presented neutrally with due weight
- Antisemitism during the 2026 Iran warEdited 3/13/2026, 10:55:00 AM
This entry accuses Samidoun of celebrating Iranian attacks on U.S. forces and of posting antisemitic content. But the Jerusalem Post article cited seems to accuse a Chicago based SJP chapter of that and mentions Aryan nationalist groups making statements. It also links to an X accounts feed, not specific posts.
- Antisemitism during the 2026 Iran warEdited 3/13/2026, 10:52:25 AM
The entry says a March 7 protest included chants of “Burn, burn Tel Aviv.” But the cited article links to an X video dated February 28.

switching which box shows the 87 sailors killed off Sri Lanka. It looks weird in the non-combatant box and using the Sri Lankan flag implies Sri Lankan casualties when they are actually Iranian.
- 2026 Iran warEdited 3/4/2026, 6:10:46 PM
Seems out of place if hezbollah is only saying they’re fighting Israeli forces but not releasing any figures. Definitely more appropriate in the article itself than the infobox unless they list a figure.
