"  The host Daniel Faggella explained that big tech companies are racing to build advanced AI, but they're not openly discussing the potential risks. He pointed out that early comments from tech leaders like Elon Musk, Sam Altman, and Demis Hassabis were more frank about the dangers of AI. Now, the focus is on competition and development, with less talk about the potential consequences.

    The first speaker, Ginevera Davis, raised an important point: can human values be translated into AI? She suggested that machines might never truly understand consciousness or human preferences. Instead, she proposed the idea of "cosmic alignment"—building AI that can find deeper, universal values that we haven't even thought of yet. Her presentation included images of a futuristic city, hinting at a techno-utopia where humans and AI coexist.
