Before the summer turns into wnba action, the Indiana Fever are conducting a strategic dance. The team are waiting for their star guard, Kelsey Mitchell who is currently in China, leading her team to victory in the WCBA. While she continues her success overseas, the Fever is getting ready for what could be a winning season.

        Mitchell has been key for her team in China, averaging 23. 1 points per game. It hasn't always been an easy season, but the team is well on its way to the championship. She's not just playing for points, she's proving her leadership on the court.

        The Fever's latest move did not go unnoticed. They locked in Mitchell for another season with a contract worth 249K dollars. This is the 8th year this star player will be with the team. This team has high hopes Mitchell will bring back all the coachery she's learned overseas.

        Indiana is not just waiting for Mitchell's triumphant return from Asia. They’ve got big plans for a memorable preseason game next month. The game is happening at the University of Iowa and will feature the Brazilian National Team.

        Caitlin Clark, Indiana's rookie sensation from last year, will be back on her home turf, once again phenomenal.

        This year’s WNBA, Indiana is not going to be a team to mess with. Especially with Mitchell and Clark on board.  The Fever is eager to prove they've earned their spot at the top of the league.
