The first one starts at 11 a. m. and the last one begins at 2 p. m. You can join these meetings online or even call in from your phone. This makes it easy for anyone to participate.

Some people think the timeline for these changes is too tight. Secretary of State Tobias Read has said the rules are unclear and the schedule is rushed. There was a suggestion to push the start date to 2030 and 2031, but it didn't pass. So, the original dates of 2027 and 2028 will stay.
