She has over 20 years of experience in healthcare.  Much of her career has been dedicated to hospice care.  This is a type of care for people who are at the end of their lives.  Her goal is to make sure that patients experience peace, comfort, and the highest quality of life in their final days.  She is known for her ability to provide emotional support, offer pain management, and create a peaceful environment.  She is a trusted advocate for individuals at the end of life.  She is a big part of why this company is so successful.
