Stephen Curry is a basketball superstar, but his success off the court is thanks to someone else. Tiffany Williams, the Chief Operating Officer of his business empire, Thirty Ink, is the person who makes sure Curry's off-court endeavors run smoothly. She started her journey with the Golden State Warriors as a front desk receptionist and worked her way up to COO. Curry and Williams first met during his rookie season, when she was the community relations manager. Curry was impressed by her skills and ability to guide players to be impactful community leaders. He described her as someone who understands his passions and aligns them with opportunities to change lives.

Williams' journey with the Warriors began when she was a young girl watching games with her father. She studied public relations and interned for major corporations before landing a job with the Warriors. Her hard work and dedication paid off, and she eventually became the community relations manager. Curry's business endeavors have seen a staggering uptick, especially since his rise to stardom. She is vested with the power of saying "no" and currently manages through his schedule. And although she does her best to keep him free on off days, this year promises to be rigorous.

Williams sees any All-Star weekend in particular as chaotic due to Curry’s allure and level of fame. But now that it’s at home, although he may not have much time to rest, she wants to ensure the experience is enjoyable. And as the COO, so far it seems she is succeeding at her job. Curry is acting as an ambassador and throughout the three days has a lot on his plate. He launched his ‘What The Bay’ Curry 12, and has plans to beautify the city through his Eat. Learn. Play Foundation is also hosting private parties among other initiatives. “It probably will feel like a lot once we get to it. But a lot of the stuff I’m excited to do and kind of hyped to see what the response is and the impact” says Curry.
