Woeltz was arrested and held without bail.  He is next due in court.

Duplessie, the second suspect, was escorted out of the NYPD's 13th Precinct without making any comments to the reporters.  He is expected to face charges similar to those of Woeltz: kidnapping, assault, and unlawful imprisonment.  The case has shocked many, highlighting the dangers that can lurk behind the glamorous facade of the crypto world.  It serves as a stark reminder that even in the most luxurious settings, evil can hide.
