Allen pointed out that social media and constant phone use have contributed to her distress. She plans to take a break from her podcast and her phone to focus on her mental health. Despite the challenges, Allen finds comfort in her two daughters, Ethel and Marnie, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Sam Cooper. She believes that having children is one of life's greatest joys, even in tough times.
