Bella Thorne, a 27 year old actress, has shared her troubling experiences while working with Mickey Rourke.  This is not the first time Rourke has stirred up controversy. For example, in one scene, he revved his engine to cover her in dirt.  She also revealed that she had to visit Rourke's trailer alone because he refused to speak to anyone else on set.  This included the director and producers.  Thorne had to convince him to complete his job, as the movie could not be finished without him.  She felt uncomfortable but did what was asked of her for the sake of the movie.

Rourke's representatives released a statement addressing Thorne's allegations.  They acknowledged the seriousness of the claims but denied any intentional misconduct on Rourke's part.  They stated that he was not previously contacted with any claims of this nature and was unaware of any discomfort expressed by Thorne at the time.
