A man from North Little Rock gets 27 years for serious crimes

A man from North Little Rock, Troy Hugh Mosely, was sentenced to 27 years in prison. This was for making, sharing, and having child pornography. He admitted to these crimes in July 2025. The judge, Lee Rudofsky, made this decision. Mosely, who is 26 years old, was first accused in November 2023. A grand jury in Little Rock said he did three bad things. These were making, sharing, and having child pornography. The judge had already said in March 2025 that Mosely did break the law.The trouble started when someone reported a video to a special center. This center helps find missing kids and stops people from hurting them. The video showed a man doing bad things to a young girl. The man was Mosely. Police found out who he was and searched his home in September 2023. They looked at his phone and found over 100 bad pictures and videos. Some of these showed Mosely doing bad things next to a sleeping 4-year-old girl. This is a very serious crime. It is important to protect children from harm. The law says people who do these things should go to prison for a long time.
