Early Life and The Moody Blues

Born in Birmingham, Lodge joined The Moody Blues in 1966, two years after the band's formation. He replaced Denny Laine and Clint Warwick, joining forces with singer Justin Hayward. Lodge remained a steadfast member until the band's final live performances in 2018.

Lodge's contributions to The Moody Blues were monumental. He was instrumental in their groundbreaking 1967 album Days Of Future Passed, often hailed as one of the first concept albums in rock history.
