AEG Europe: Leading the Way in Workplace Inclusion
London, UKFri Nov 28 2025
AEG Europe has earned a spot among the top 50 most inclusive workplaces in the UK for 2025/26. This recognition highlights their dedication to fostering equality, diversity, and inclusion (ED&I) in the workplace. The company has also achieved the highest level, Leading-Edge status, on the Inclusion Maturity Curve, a rigorous framework developed by WiHTL and inclusion in, in partnership with the Centre for Diversity Policy Research and Practice at Oxford Brookes Business School.
AEG Europe has been making waves this year. They've expanded into new areas, opened two new venues, launched three festivals, and even signed a deal to power their UK venues with renewable energy. Their latest project, British Airways ARC at Olympia London, is now open for bookings. This growth shows that AEG Europe is not just talking about inclusion but also putting it into action.
Kirstie Loveridge, Chief People Officer at AEG International, shared her thoughts on the recognition. She said, "Being named in the Inclusive Top 50, alongside achieving Leading-Edge status in the Inclusion Maturity Curve, is a significant validation of the culture we’ve built at AEG. Both recognitions reflect our commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, seen and empowered. " This statement underscores the company's dedication to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all employees.
AEG Europe is also investing in initiatives that promote inclusion and cultural diversity. They've strengthened family leave policies, implemented anonymised recruitment processes, and created clearer pathways for career progression. They've also teamed up with organisations like BYP, Bridge Creative, We Show The Salary, and WiHTL to create opportunities for underrepresented communities. These efforts have paid off, with 89% of employees saying they feel proud to work at AEG.
One of AEG Europe's latest initiatives is the Speak Safe Ambassadors programme. This programme trains a network of colleagues to support and respond to concerns around harassment, bullying, and safeguarding. Sasha Scott, Founder and CEO of Inclusive Group, praised the programme, saying, "We were struck by just how engaged and committed AEG's first cohort of Speak Safe Ambassadors were to maintaining an inclusive environment where everyone feels supported, respected and heard. "
AEG Europe's recognition on the Inclusive Top 50 list is just the latest in a string of successes. They've also been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work, earned a Top 25 Inspiring Workplaces ranking, and won the Employee Journey Award at the recent Inclusive Awards. These achievements demonstrate that AEG Europe is not just growing but also fostering a culture of inclusion and excellence.
