It seems like Amazon employees aren't too happy with their bosses’ decision to make everyone come back to the office five days a week. Over 500 of them even wrote a letter to one of the top executives, saying they want real data to back up this change, not just vague observations. Until recently, Amazon let office workers stay home two days a week, but now they have to be in the office every day. The employees are wondering why, especially since studies show that working from home a few days a week can make people happier and even help the company's stock value. The employees feel like Amazon isn't being fair by not sharing any solid evidence for this big change. It's like they're being asked to upend their lives based on guesses, not facts. The executive they wrote to even said that if they don’t like it, they can quit, which didn't go over well. Other surveys show that most Amazon employees are really unhappy with this new policy.
