The "Star Chefs" event is back for another round of culinary delight, this time benefiting Momentum for Health, a nonprofit that offers behavioral care for adults in Santa Clara County. On September 29, a private Saratoga residence will transform into a foodie paradise, where a talented team of South Bay chefs will whip up gourmet bites paired with tantalizing cocktails, wines, and brews.
Peter Armellino, the mastermind behind Plumed Horse, will be serving up an appetizer that's sure to please even the pickiest of eaters. Meanwhile, Jeffrey Stout from Orchard City Kitchen and Be. Steak. A will be presenting a dish that's sure to satisfy your cravings. Other participating chefs include Jackie Jackson from Jackie's Place, Ross Hanson from Oak & Rye, Ricky Nguyen from The Bywater, Jacob Farleigh from Silos, Marcelo Hernandez from Asa Los Gatos, Jonathan Toste from Flowers, Jose Mendoza from Hero Ranch Kitchen, and Patrick Capurro from Be.
